Even The View co-hosts need Flyware...

This, of course, caught my attention when watching The View. I loved hearing their opinions on the subject of monitoring your children. I felt the need to reach into the TV and introduce them to Flyware! All kidding aside, it does show you how the need for Flyware is very relevant. The Hot Topics segment was generated by a bill recently being passed in Arizona.  This bill  protects the parent's right to access their child's cell phone records. A similar court case occurred in Georgia in the case of Bishop v. State.  This case occurred when an adult convicted of child molestation, aggravated child molestation, and sexual battery was seeking to exclude tapes recorded over the phone by the parents with a tape recorder purchased from Radio Shack.  He was seeking protection under Georgia's wiretapping laws (OCGA §16- 11-62).  So as a result, the court ruled in favor of the Parent...and rightfully so stating:

"Therefore, it is solely the task of the legislature to amend OCGA §16-11-66 to allow the admission into evidence of tape recordings such as those at issue here, i.e., tapes made by parents with a good faith, objectively reasonable basis for concern regarding the safety of their children as victims of criminal conduct of another."

As more states run into this issue, they will amend their laws to more clearly protect this right and responsibility of a parent. It makes me feel confident that our government is backing us as parents!

What is Flyware?

My first customer this morning asked, "My daughter is in a boarding school and she has been getting into trouble. How can your product help?" My job is a surprise to many, so I thought I would share with you.  I get to provide parents, mostly of teenagers, with a way to protect their children that is sort of "outside the box." I sell a product called Flyware. Flyware is a smart phone monitoring system which allows parents to monitor their children's texts, call logs, emails and more. As a parent to young children, I do not have a need for this product at this time; however, as a sister to a brother that chose the wrong path, this product would have definitely been welcomed in my home growing up.  Although controversial to some, there is a definite need for the product by many.  Although Flyware comes with many different opinions,  I feel that it is a wonderful option for parents to have on hand.  As I look at my small children, I know that as a parent my job is to protect them. Our goal with Flyware is to assist the parents in protecting their children. I know when I was younger, my parents did this very same thing by picking up the land line to see who I was talking to or at least picking up to let me know it was time to get off the phone.  If you have experienced this or have actually done this, then you will understand this product and see it is no different than that.  Since technology has become so advanced so has the need for more advanced "spying." Washington Post columnist Tracey Grant stated,  "Why is spying on your kids a bad thing?... In the words of onetime liberal Ronald Reagan: Trust but verify." And, this is what we feel Flyware allows you to do. You can protect your children while monitoring their activities. One Flyware mom said, "In response to my teens always saying that I don't trust them, I let them know that it wasn't that I don't  trust them but I don't trust the world in which we live in."

Please share your thoughts and discussions with me...I would love to hear
